Meet Dr. Glorianne – Founder of Regulated Parenting

Hi, I’m Glorianne. I am a clinical psychologist and mother of two neurodivergent children. I deeply understand the unique challenges you face as a parent of a neurodivergent child—feelings of anxiety, frustration, guilt, and the overwhelming pressure of wondering if you’re doing enough. I know this because I’ve lived it. Parenting has been more challenging than I ever anticipated, often feeling like navigating uncharted territory.

About my Mision

“But through these struggles, I’ve experienced incredible growth and carved a new path guided by hope.

My journey has taught me resilience, compassion, and how to live an intentional life centered on my core values. While parenting is never without its difficulties, I’ve developed the skills to approach most days with calm, confidence, and resilience.

After years of working directly with parents of neurodivergent children, I noticed a recurring theme: Many parents were doing their best but lacked the guidance to break free from their daily challenges and find confidence in supporting their children. This often left them feeling isolated and uncertain of how to support their children.

I created Regulated Parenting to bridge that gap. My mission is to provide parents with tools grounded in research. By helping parents build their emotional regulation skills, I aim to foster calm, and confidence in their parenting journeys—and in turn, help them and their children become more resilient.

My Experience

and Approach

As a lifelong learner, I’m committed to staying at the forefront of evidence-based practices. I integrate therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Compassion-Based Approaches. These methods are not only scientifically proven but also practical, allowing parents to apply them both during and between their coaching sessions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, empowering, and client-centered.
